The objective to conduct Due Diligence is to fully understand the current situation on  target (selling) companies. We can therefore attain necessary information on target (selling) companies reflecting buying prices and conditions to be discussed afterwards. We must also discuss on major impacts after the merging/acquiring has been conducted.

Valuation

Valuations are performed for a various of reasons. One of the distinctive reason is to determine stock valuation and merger ratio of target (selling) companies.
